Limitation of Liability

Apex Workplace Solutinos will not be liable for any consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages. In no event shall the maximum aggregate amount of any potential liability exceed the amount paid for the services provided.

Reassignment policy: The user license may be reassigned at no charge if the originally assigned user has not started the online training.

Refund/Cancellation policy: There are no refunds. Licenses will be forfeited after 1 year of original payment date.

General policy: Users need to complete online course within 1 year of assigned license. We reserve the right to change prices and policies. A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks.

Terms of use: This online training shall be used only by the assigned user for the purpose of education and compliance training, as specified by the client. Client agrees not to reverse engineer this course or create a similar product for sale.

Apex Workplace Solutions does not sell the information it collects from you on our website. Apex Workplace Solutions will only share the relevant data we collect with our affiliate partners such as the testing services we work with. If your goods or services on the Apex Workplace Solutions website has been paid for by another organization (ex. your employer), we may also share some relevant information with that organization.

Please review the information you input on the registration form before you submit so that it is accurate in our database. Upon request, we will correct/change/remove personal information from our customer database as necessary.
