Food Manager Certification
The person in charge of the establishment must complete an accredited Food Protection Manager Certification program, such as ServSafe®.
Upon successful completion of the certification program, the person in charge must obtain a Food Protection Manager ID Card issued by the local health Department. Certification must be renewed every 3 years.
